Competitive ELISA-E2 Ab

The E2 protein is the primary immunogenic protein of the classical swine fever virus (CSFV). In the diagnosis of classical swine fever, E2 protein can be utilized for detecting infection-related antibodies or assessing vaccine-induced protection, depending on the specific application. In non-vaccinated or non-epidemic areas, the presence of E2 protein antibodies in serum can serve as an indicator of CSFV infection. Meanwhile, in pig farms using the E2 subunit vaccine, it can be used to evaluate protective antibody titers.
